Gebaseerd op het populaire strategiespel, is Minato de nieuwe president van de Kibou Company geworden. Om een goede president te zijn en het bedrijf te helpen groeien, moet hij zijn groep avonturiers door de Poort leiden en Kirakuri verzamelen – een soort energie die uiterst waardevol en fundamenteel is voor de stad Gatepia. Er zijn echter nog andere bedrijven die strijden om de kans om de Kirakuri te verzamelen.
