Negen gasten verzamelen zich in een exclusief wellnessresort. Sommigen zijn hier om af te vallen, anderen proberen hun leven een gezonde draai te geven, en een enkeling is er nog niet aan toe om de precieze reden van het bezoek onder ogen te zien. De directrice van het resort, Masha, waakt over hen tijdens deze tiendaagse retraite. Ze is een vrouw met een missie om hun vermoeide geest en lichaam nieuw leven in te blazen.
