Staz is een vampier uit de surrealistische 'Demon World', en Fuyumi, een gewoon meisje, dwaalt per ongeluk via een portaal de Demon World binnen. Nadat ze elkaar hebben ontmoet, wordt Fuyumi gedood door een vleesetende plant en in een geest veranderd, waardoor Staz de verantwoordelijkheid op zich neemt en belooft haar te helpen haar weer tot leven te brengen.
